Our Return Policy
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Keep in mind our products are hand made and all products are one of a kind, therefore, replacements will not be exactly like the original.
To make a return:

You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance, sale items, or custom items. We also cannot accept returns of:

Custom items for any reason. Custom items are paid for in advance.
To return a product, send the product back to us via mail or shipping company, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of $5.

Meet the Team
Cool Handmade Shit was started because the co-founder, Grant, needed space from the 3 women he was stuck with (his wife, daughter, and mother) when the Covid-19 lockdowns started. He began carving signs and tie-dying random items around the house, but Karen (co-founder) and Madison drew the line when their sheets became the subject of Grant's creativity. Karen signed him up for his first festival and he hasn't looked back since.
We are now a full blown family operation . We spend most of our time together creating vibrant and striking tie-dyes when we are not at a festivasl meeting all new folks! We love bringing a smile on our customers face when they find the perfect sign or a t-shirt that makes them sparkle. We aim to inspire people to add a little pop of color into their lives and to embrace their uniqueness.
